Reporting an error in our data
This is the most useful thing you can send us. Every data page has a Report an error link that arrives pre-tagged with the page, or email [email protected] directly.
What helps:
- The page URL, and the specific figure or claim.
- What it should say.
- A link to the primary source, if you have one.
Confirmed corrections are applied and recorded in that page's change log, so the correction itself is visible rather than a silent edit.

Send them to [email protected]. A repository, an advisory or a dataset that deserves attention is always welcome. We do not accept pre-written articles, and we do not publish press releases.
Security issues in this site
If you have found a vulnerability in this site, [email protected] reaches us directly. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before publishing. We will credit you unless you would rather we did not.
Testing limits: please do not run automated scanners against the site, do not attempt denial of service, and do not access data that is not yours. Everything on this site is public and static, so there is very little to find — but we would still like to know.
Advertising and commercial enquiries
Advertising is handled through a third-party network, not sold directly. We do not accept sponsored posts, paid guest articles, link insertions or paid placement in rankings. Please do not email about those — see the disclosure page.

This is a small operation. Corrections are usually handled within a day or two. Everything else may take longer, and we do not always reply to commercial enquiries.
